ORDERS & SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME

Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment. Regular orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched in 1-2 weeks within business days after the order is placed. Please note that the delivery times are estimates and do not apply to made-to-order or personalized items. Estimated delivery time for custom-made orders is two weeks, contingent to the acceptance of your order. Delivery times will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.

Orders ship from our U.S. office on business days (excluding national holidays). If possible, a signature is required for a successfully delivery. At the moment we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Casa de Pinta USA will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed

PRE-ORDERS

For selected groups of styles on casadepintausa.com, that are not immediately available for sale but will be available in the future, Casa de Pinta USA may provide customers with the option to place a Pre-Order for these items. When a customer makes a Pre-Order, Casa de Pinta USA will provide an estimated shipping/availability date, which may be subject to variations. Once the item arrives in our warehouse and becomes available, we will process and ship your order. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification via email and your credit card will be charged. In the event that the item does not become available at the communicated shipping/availability date, we will notify you via email.

For all Pre-Orders, a credit card will be the only accepted form of payment. Casa de Pinta USA will verify the credit card’s validity at the time of order, but the card will not be charged until the item has shipped.

U.S.

For U.S. orders consisting of both Pre-Order items and regular items, we will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Order item will be shipped once the item becomes available. For orders consisting of multiple Pre-Order items with different shipping/availability dates, we will ship the items as they become available.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS 

The Casa de Pinta USA Online Store provides the possibility to select a different Shipping Address from the Billing Address. That makes it easy to comfortably send an order to an office address or to a friend.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER 

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. All customized items purchased at the Casa de Pinta USA Online Store has a No Return, No Exchange policy.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. You can track your delivery here.

Simple to keep your hand-painted bag in great shape.

  1. Avoid putting heavy things & sharp objects in the bag.
  2. The color & painting of the bag will not fade nor bleed in contact with water but please do not let it settle for too long.
  3. Wipe it gently & regularly with soft dry cloth.
  4. If the paints look dry during storage, you may wipe the bag using soft cloth with small drops of oil (ex. coconut oil).

Avoid exposure to extreme heat & extreme cold areas as this may cause chipping off of paints. Room temperature is recommended
